The Settlement Fund Clearinghouse provides a central location for potential settlement fund beneficiaries to learn about critical events and information relating to the distribution of funds.  These settlement funds are typically created by federal agencies or private litigants to compensate persons or entities for losses suffered by the action of another.

The Settlement Fund Clearinghouse website enables potential beneficiaries to be notified automatically of critical events and information relating to funds.

Settlement fund administrators provide information to the Clearinghouse concerning major events for each settlement fund, and those events are posted on a comprehensive calendar as well as the individual settlement fund pages on this site. Potential beneficiaries can register with the Settlement Fund Clearinghouse using the registration page.
